How to get 3 birds(Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres) and SILVER TRENCH!!!!!!!

Ok, first, you have to get the 3 birds. But you should bring a friendbow with you. Here are some wondermail codes for the friendbow: ?7? ?...? 4? +F? F4?6 K? or ?9? F?...? ? C?P F4?6 K? Ok, now once you have the friendbow, you can get the 3 birds. It took me 2 times to get Zapdos, 6 times to get Moltres, and 10 times to get Articuno. But if you want to get them with just 2 tries, then I suggest you be at level 40 or higher, be at the platinum rank, and defeat each of the birds with 2 attacks! Ok, now once you have recruited the tree birds, you will have to kick Kyogre's bootie at STORMY SEA and then the next morning you go to the pokemon square and see Alakazam in the clearing. Chat to him and he will tell you to go to LEGENDARY ISLAND so go there. The 3 birds will give you a VORTEX STONE and that lets you go to SILVER TRENCH, but BEWARE! It is 99 floors long and you will have to battle LUGIA! I say bring some reviver seeds, be at level 40 or higher, and have a friend bow, dive, and be a size 1 pokemon if you want to recruit LUGIA! How To Get Mew

1. Make sure you have 3 or more spaces in your toolbox
2. Go to the Buried Relic
3. DO NOT PICK UP ITEMS!(unless you use them of course)
4. Defeat all the Regis and they will have peices, you can find them floor 15 25 and 35
5. Pick up all the pieces and it will turn into a music box
6. Do not leave the dungeon but walk around the floors DO NOT USE THE MUSIC BOX OR YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!
7.Now heres the tricky part, Mew can use transform so its hard to find but if its close by then it says 'Mew uses transform'
8. Ta da youve done it youve got Mew but remember you must have Final Island friend area
