Make Jigglypuff Sing
Jigglypuff will sing for you if you execute a combo or a chain. The bigger the chain or combo, the longer Jigglypuff will sing.

Very Hard Mode
Description: open "V-Hard" (very hard) mode in Pokemon Puzzle League
How to unlock: Select the game as normal, and in the 1st Game Settings screen do the following: hold Z then tap L, L, A and then B.
Mewtwo Level
Description: Skip all of the game and go right to the Mewtwo level
How to unlock: Enter this codes at the Trainer Selection screen: Hold Z and press B, Up, L, B, A, Start, A, Up, R.

If you are not really skilled with your toes, you will need a partner for this cheat. Revealing all of the trainers available in 2 player mode is pretty easy. Simultaneously hold: L + R + Z on both controllers at the Trainer Selection screen.
S-Hard Difficulty Setting
How to unlock: Hold Z and press R, L, A, B at the Difficulty Selection screen.
Speed Marathon
Tired of only being able to set your speed to 50? Try this code at the Title screen: hold Z and press B, A, L, L.
